Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
MYAITD LLC (“MYAITD”, “we”) operates this website and the subscriber dashboard behind it.
2. Information we collect
Sign-in. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, your name and a Google account identifier. We request only basic profile access. We never receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or other Google data.
Payments. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. Payment credentials go directly to Stripe and your chosen payment provider, such as Alipay; we never see or store them. Stripe creates a customer record with your email and name. We use your subscription and purchase records to determine your membership access.
Cookies. We use one cookie to keep you signed in (up to 30 days) and one short-lived cookie while you sign in. Both are strictly necessary. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Technical logs. Our hosting providers record standard request logs (such as IP address, time and URL) for security and operations.
3. How we use it
To sign you in, to determine whether you have an active membership, to process payments and billing through Stripe, to keep the service secure and prevent abuse, and to reply to your messages.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the service: Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare (DNS and network), each under its own privacy policy, and where the law requires it.
5. Storage, retention and deletion
We do not currently run our own user database: your account details live in your sign-in cookie and in your Stripe customer record. Billing records may have to be kept for a period required by law.
To ask us to delete your data, write to [email protected]. We will delete what we can and ask Stripe to delete your customer record, except for records we are legally required to keep.
6. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, HttpOnly cookies and a payment processor that handles card data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated policy.
