Terms of Service

1. The service

MYAITD LLC (“MYAITD”, “we”) provides a subscriber dashboard with information and analytics tools. Everything on the service is provided for information and education only and is not investment advice, an offer or a solicitation. MYAITD is not a broker-dealer or a registered investment advisor. Please read our Risk Disclaimer. Any decision you make is your own and so is the risk.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

MYAITD Pro costs US$100 per month or US$1,000 per year. Fees are charged in advance through Stripe, are subject to Stripe’s terms, and renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account (Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, that is, at your next renewal date: you will not be charged again and you keep access until then.

Alternatively, buy six calendar months of MYAITD Pro for US$500 as a one-time payment using Alipay or a card. This plan does not renew automatically. Renew manually; an early renewal adds six months to your existing expiry date, and a renewal after expiry starts a new term. Eligible promotion codes can be applied at checkout, including 100% discounts.

We may change prices and will give notice in advance. All fees are non-refundable: we do not offer refunds for any subscription or prepaid purchase, including partially used or unused periods and cancellations made mid-period, except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the service in bulk, to use it for unlawful purposes, to bypass its access controls or paywall, or to impersonate others or give false identity information.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service draws on third-party data and automated processing and may be delayed, inaccurate or incomplete. It is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the consequences of any investment decision.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or loss of data.

6. Intellectual property

The interface, branding and our own content belong to MYAITD. Third-party content belongs to its owners. You may not copy or redistribute the content commercially without permission.

7. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or end all or part of the service, and give notice of material changes. We may end your account if you breach these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the service means you accept them.
